The Office of Graduate Studies will conduct an on campus competition on February 27, 2009 to select undergraduates and graduates to represent CSUSB at the state competition at CSU, Los Angeles. If you meet the minimum requirements, you will be contacted to schedule your presentation time for the 27th.

The application and information for the campus competition will be the same information submitted to the state competition.

Please submit five copies of the "Student Delegate Registration Form", five copies of the letter of support from a faculty sponsor (on letterhead and signed) and five copies of a written summary of the research to the campus coordinator. The rules governing this written summary are as follows:

• Each copy must include the name of the student and the title of the presentation.
• The narrative may not exceed five double-spaced pages. Use fonts and margins that ensure legibility.
• Appendices (bibliography, graphs, photographs, or other supplementary materials) may not exceed three pages.
• It's expected that the student will not make an oral presentation by simply reading directly from this summary.
