How to Apply


Interested students should pick-up an application in the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies, AD-127, or click on the link below to print a copy.

  • EACH APPLICATION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM A FACULTY SPONSOR.
  • Students will be required to submit SIX (6) sets (an original and 5 copies) of the entire application which includes the student registration form, the letter of support and a written summary of their research (no longer than two double-spaced pages in length.)
  • In addition, if you wish, a one-page bibliography may be included.
  • Each page of each copy must include your name and title of your presentation.


Applications due to the Office of Graduate Studies by Friday, May 22, 2009 at 5:00pm.
